My work includes domain registration, DNS configuration, web hosting setup (cPanel, shared/VPS hosting), SSL integration, plugin management. I ensure each website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with the client’s branding and functional requirements.
CRM Setup & Configuration
I have in-depth experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing vTiger CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer service processes. My work includes Initial Setup and Deployment, Workflow Automation, Integration, User Training and Support. This implementation improved lead management, increased team productivity, and provided better visibility into the sales and support pipelines.
Accounting Software
I have hands-on experience setting up and using accounting tools like QuickBooks and Akaunting to manage basic business finances. This includes creating and organizing chart of accounts, issuing invoices, recording expenses, generating simple financial reports, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
