Throughout my career, I’ve successfully led the design and implementation of enterprise software and RFID-integrated solutions, showcasing my technical proficiency and ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects. Beyond tech, my entrepreneurial ventures and online business experience have honed my skills in administration, operations, digital marketing, social media content, email management, and customer service.

I’m highly organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy—comfortable with tools like Google, Photoshop, Canva, and basic CRM platforms and have basic working knowledge of accounting tools like QuickBooks and Akaunting, giving me the ability to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and simple financial reporting. Web Hosting and Design

I have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and hosting websites for various purposes, including e-commerce, corporate, and portfolio sites. I am proficient in using CMS platforms like WordPress (including WooCommerce), and Shopify. My work includes domain registration, DNS configuration, web hosting setup (cPanel, shared/VPS hosting), SSL integration, plugin management. I ensure each website is responsive, user-friendly, and aligned with the client’s branding and functional requirements.

CRM Setup & Configuration

I have in-depth experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing vTiger CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer service processes. My work includes Initial Setup and Deployment, Workflow Automation, Integration, User Training and Support. This implementation improved lead management, increased team productivity, and provided better visibility into the sales and support pipelines.

Accounting Software

I have hands-on experience setting up and using accounting tools like QuickBooks and Akaunting to manage basic business finances. This includes creating and organizing chart of accounts, issuing invoices, recording expenses, generating simple financial reports, and maintaining accurate transaction records. My familiarity with these platforms allows me to support small businesses and entrepreneurs in streamlining their bookkeeping processes and staying financially organized.

Video Editing

I have practical experience in basic video editing using tools like CapCut, iMovie, and Animotica. I can trim clips, add text overlays, apply transitions, insert background music, and create simple promotional or social media-ready videos. These tools allow me to support content creation needs—particularly for branding, marketing, and online engagement.

HelpDesk Setup

I can set up, configure, and manage HelpDesk systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, and Hesk. I can customize workflows, set up ticketing systems, create automation rules, configure SLA policies, and integrate relevant tools to streamline customer support. I also assist in building knowledge bases and optimizing helpdesk performance to ensure efficient and organized support operations.

E-Commerce Management

I offer support in setting up, managing, and maintaining e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. My skills include store setup and optimization, product listing and content management, order fulfillment coordination, customer service handling, and performance monitoring.
